I agree, I use a 17mm TS and HDR but the TS Lens has a steep price so I suggested earlier in the blog just HDR

I'm retired now; but if I were to go back to real estate photography, the first purchase would be a drone. Then I would learn how to use it.

ok im not a real estate photographer but whenever I've tried to shoot indoors with wide-angle lens the distortion to lines is hard to fix even with lens correction software. Ive always felt it was easier using my tilt lens. None of you mention which kind of surprises me.

The OP specifically asked for advice on lighting equipment and myself and others made some equipment suggestions and extrapolated on his question and also suggested some alternative methods other

Although image management you mention is important, he did not ask for a complete tutorial on real estate photography.

There are many methods of coping with distortion in the interior, and exterior architectural photography. The use of a perspective control lenses with tilt/shift capabilities is one solution. Selection of the best focal length that provides the required field angle and working distance is also part of the methodology. Keeping the camera level and parallel to the vertical reference points in the image and cropping excess "ground and sky" or "floor and ceiling is yet another approach. Some minor keystoning can be somewhat corrected in post-processing.

If you would like to elaborate on this subject, I'm sure the OP would appreciate it.
