Suggestions for a good adapter for my X-t3 that will allow me to use Tamron lenses.
Thanks
Not wishing to be a smart guy, but did you contact Tamron? That would seem the obvious source for mating a Tamron lens with a Fujifilm X-series camera.
Tamron makes a variety of lenses in a Fuji X-mount, so with any of those you'd be good to go. But I assume you already knew that and are instead asking about an adapter for a Tamron lens you already own, and presumably one that has contacts so as to maintain AF functions and lens EXIF communication, right? All the known and trusted outlets (B&H, Adorama, KEH, etc), as well as Amazon, eBay, and others have adapters available for whatever mount (Canon, Nikon, etc.) your Tamron lens happens to be, but many of those don't have contacts. Metabones (generally well regarded) and a couple of other makers do, though, but they do tend to be relatively pricey.

What mount did you have in mind?

No, I didn’t contact Tamron. I asked for suggestions from members who may have experience with adapters that work well with Fuji cameras. And, I guess I need to add that I did use Google, but still preferred assistance from a Fuji user who might wish to be helpful.

The important aspect is the mount of the lens, not the manufacturer. Tamron and Sigma make lenses for various mounts.

Tamron does not make any modern lenses in the Fujifilm X mount.

If you want auto focus with a Tamron lens on a Fujifilm body you should have a Canon mount and get a Fringer adapter. Nikon mount autofocus lenses do not adapt well unless you are ok with manual focus only, then there are several excellent dumb adapters.

Right you are, Dennis. I stand corrected. The quick Google search I did (on Tamron lenses for Fuji X) was much too quick....
I am going to order the fringes for the canon mount. Thank you for your response.
