You must have a heckofa camera to get those shots of Lake Michigan all the way from texas. Beautiful morning though. Shots are great

Thanks everyone, I got those shots a few years ago when I was camped out on the beach on the IL side of Lake Michigan!

Where on the IL side? Did some sailing a few years back, we were docked in Waukegan.

Very close to Waukegan, at the campsite at the Navy base in North Chicago. That is the Navy Base Harbor in the photos!

Cool, I'm sure we sailed by it alot, I'll have to ask my folks if they remember it. They sold the boat and moved to FL about 10 yrs ago.

I too liket he second shot..i really like how you captured the ducks in the reflection off the water. :thumbup:
