It has been available for PC for some time. I run it on an 10 year old Dell with Win 7 and on our PC's. Works much faster on Win 10.

Go to the Serif website. Find the Affinity Photo page. Scroll ALL the way to the bottom and download a free trial copy. It runs on Macs, iPads, and Windows PCs.

I've been running it on the Windows 10 operating system since it first came out and it is quite fantastic compared to alternative programs.

Any progress that runs on win 10 will run on a lap top, As long as it has enough memory and hard disk space you're good to go.

No. The iPad license is separate from desktop licensing. Check on their site for the full story.
