Getting over my fear part 2

Thanks for all of the great advice on the shots I've taken. Here are a few more. Some indoor shots I've done as well. The indoor shots I struggle with as I can't always get the camera to focus...and at times I can't blend out the background to not be "seen" in the picture with out darkening or lightening the subject too much. Any tips?

Nice photos and like you, I have a hard time blending out the background. Mostly achieve it by pure luck being the amateur that I am. lol lol

The indoor shoots use a model light to help with focus and never cut off the body at a joint. If your working in Photoshop use the wonde and highlight the subject then invert. Then you can do anything you want with the background.

Good points! Some times I don't think about that when I'm taking the pics...and later when I'm editing them I ask myself why I cut off the feet...or elbows...etc.
