Oh, it's definitely fraud. The only question is how much of the allegations are true. Because it looks like she may have married her brother to get him into the country, lied that she didn't know his whereabouts, remarried her first husband in a religious ceremony before divorcing her brother, filed fraudulent taxes and lied to the divorce court.
That's for those who won't bother to read or listen the the recording of what she has allegedly done. There's more, but that's the short version.
