I am looking for some recommendations on how I can carry my camera which is attached to my tripod.I am a small, older, women & can not lift my camera attached to my tripod over my shoulder.I am looking for something with wheels that I can push with my camera & tripod. So all I have to do is lift it out of the cart & set it up.I don’t think they make such a thing,do they? If so please let me know!

Hmmm. I love challenges. Several potential ideas here for re-purposing. I have enough stuff in my garage to do a prototype.
What equipment do you use and approximate weight. your height?
Now the problem is that I am a Wolverine and may get in trouble for helping a Buckeye! (insert big chuckle)

I shoot from a scooter or a bench, my seat swivels so I turn is sideways and set up my tripod. I never have to fully extend the legs. theres going to be a loss of time between stopping to set up and taking the first shot. fot those able, carrying the tripod and camera connected over the shoulder seems to be accepted.

something with inflated tyres and suspension would be ideal maybe an adapted baby carriage. To be fair I haven't seen any dedicated item that really is ideal for moving over even moderately rough terrain.

I would not carry the tripod with a camera attached...... The screw mount is no made for that. I would get an l bracket for the camera, a few dollars at Amazon or b&h, which allows quick attachment and release of the camera.

If you do not have a carry case for your tripod, I would use a couple pieces of rope and make a sling, and carry it like a backpack, and use a couple towels on the shoulders if necessary, for comfort.

Well I see men in the park walking with the tripod & camera slung over their shoulder.I would never do that.Yes I have a sling & a place to hang it from my backpack.

Have you thought about using a Platypod. A Playtypod may be what you need. Here is the link to their website: https://platypod.com/

How would a 2 wheel shopping cart, with big wheels, go?

What about an over-the-shoulder sling. The tripod + camera, while a few lbs, might be less of a strain if carried that way.

much less involved compared to some rolling thing.
