Help Identifying Kirk Enterprises Clamp

As a result of closing BosStrap Camera Straps, I'm selling many items acquired over the years. I came across a Kirk Enterprise clamp (see photo) in my stash of odds and ends but have been unable to locate a description. There is no part number on the clamp. Does anyone know what this is used for? The clamp is Arca-Swiss and it appears to have a square shape Arca-Swiss machined block on the bottom.

I see an '800' number; could you contact them and ask them??

Looks very much like a Kirk Quick Release Clamp. Can be viewed on B&H site

Thanks to all respondents. It is a Kirk Enterprises SS-1 clamp used to carry long lenses and for other purposes. I'll be listing this for sale along with many other photo related items over the next couple of weeks.
