Sale ideas for Canon Pro-9500 Mark II printer.
I'm asking if you all have ideas on how one might go about selling a Canon Pro-9500 Mark II printer, in perfect condition. It's even still available on Amazon for $999.00. After all my years of making my own prints, (had the i900 printer before this one) I'm going to switch over to wrap canvas. I have six in the house, and really love the look of wrap canvas.
The printer is very heavy, so shipping it anywhere except the St. Louis area would be impractical for any buyer, or me, the seller. Any ideas? What would you do?

I sold a Pro-100 a couple of years ago and shipped it in its original packaging. I don't recall a problem with the cost of shipping. You can get an estimate of the cost here -
https://postcalc.usps.com/There was a discussion here a while back about how the Canon i9900, also a large printer, would not work with newer Windows systems.
Yes, the Pro-9500 will not work with Win10.
https://www.ephotozine.com/forums/topic/canon-pro-9500-and-windows-10-111920"My copy of Windows 10 has downloaded and is now ready to install, however on checking with Canon I have been advised that they have no plans to produce a Windows 10 driver for the Pro 9500. I have also confirmed that the Windows 10 driver for the Pro 9500 ver 2 is not compatible with the 9500. I wondered if any Pro 9500 users, who have already installed Windows 10, could tell me if there is a printer driver within the o/s that works with the 9500. Given that the 9500 was a fairly expensive piece of kit to buy and is only six years old I have to admit to being very disappointed with Canon's decision to stop supporting the printer; I really expected better of them!"
Jerry, slightly off subject, I have an 5 month old iMac with High Sierra, and receiving weekly e-mails from Apple to upgrade to Mojave. I won't, wondering on what hardware I'll lose if I did.
