Hi All,
Just wanted to share my $37.50 chair I found and this super sweet guy named Gator. Last weekend I got to take photos of the 4-H students and their dogs, and I ALWAYS look forward to the one day out of the year where I get to watch these little handlers work with their pets. They do an outstanding job for their ages 10-14? and I love every minute of it. Thanks for letting me share this with you, truly appreciated and was my chair a great find or what (still working on getting those strobes figured out )

The chair was well worth it, but a White shag rug? And a dog? The dog is well behaved and a cutie.

The chair is way to soft to sit in for any length of time, and I'm always on the look out for some cheap piece of furniture to put the dogs on. My house is beginning to run out of room to "hold" the pet furniture when not in use. This was scotch guarded to death, and the rug is really a small blanket I use to set the dogs on when I'm not putting them up on furniture. Here is another one of my great finds, bought at a really good price, but needs to be refinished with something not quite so ugly. The orange has got to go

I agree. The orange is a bit much. The wood trim does look very nice.

Thanks I fell in love with the settee and the lady looked at me like I had lost my mind when I told her I wanted it to photograph pets on, but it was perfect, just needs some major help with the color and pattern I've got to find someone in our area who works on upholstery, so for now it sits in my family room covered up

Thank you Val I just couldn't pass the chair up for that price. Next time I'm going to work on having the dog lay over the arm and see how that looks ♥

Many thanks for the kind words and I love little Gator ♥ He's a super sweet guy and works really well with his owner. In a way, he looks like he could be in an ad for "chairs on sale" My day was complete after spending time with the kids and their sweet dogs ♥

Nice chair and both poses look good. The chair color was not the best choice for that dog...

Thanks so much Donna, truly appreciate the kind words. Most of the dogs are very well behaved, now the newbies in the beginner classes are a bit high strung, but for the most part, I always have a great time. This is the 4th year I've taken the photos for the 4-H kids and love doing it ♥ They all are a very special group of kids ♥

Many thanks CPR, I agree with you, a different color may have allowed the dog to show up better, but this is all volunteer work, and I'm working out of a small storage room, (that is hotter than heck in the summer time even with a fan blowing in there) so what I bring in has to used on everyone. It's all good though, more than anything I wanted to see how this was going to work out and I'm pretty happy with it. Maybe a blanket thrown over the arm will break it up a bit more, but truly appreciate your looking and thoughts
