Biden said that when the country goes to medicare for all if you like your current plan you can keep it. I think I just heard an echo. Am I wrong or has this lie been told before?

When the ACA was passed and President Obama said I could keep my doctor, my health insurance premium decreased and I could see any doctor I wished including my primary care doctor. No lie.

Told many times all in the name of getting v**es for the DNC. Still a lie. Though the Left still praises Obamacare there were still millions of people who were not covered. I guess that is supposed to be kept secret.

They also said you could keep your old insurance if you want. My sister's insurance was cancelled immediately, she signed up for the ObamaCare like a good 64 year old that does as she is told, and none of her doctors would take her appointment. All she needed was some thyroid meds to get her through till she qualified for Medicare in 6 months time. She wound up taking her dogs thyroid meds until she got her Medicare plan working. So much for the previous administration's promises.

When it passed, the company I work for stopped paying as a benefit my personal health care costs, and co-pays went from $10 to $35. ... When I first started, my whole family was part of the program for no cost out of pocket to us, I figured a $10,000 benefit ON TOP of my pay check.
I am lucky as my wifes insurance was always better and cheaper- i had an option. But for anybody else here.. so far losing the benefit cost them in effect $10G's a year off of their net pay... plus what they have to actually pay for now to be included, and $35 each visit. Approx a $18G/year swing...

Good for you. BO also promised medicare premiums would not increase. My benefits were cut and my premiums increased 47%. Next time you see and share a cup of Koolaid with your lying turd buddy BO tell him thanks from me.

I guess we are one of the lucky couples, we kept what we had. My wife has a group insurance plan thru her employer and we didn't notice any changes. I have the VA for my medical care and there weren't any changes there either.

Trump is working it Dave but since he has not gotten any help from the Democrats in Congress since his inauguration he is moving a bit slower.
When you get right down to it where is the immigration reform plan Congress promised us 40 years ago. Where is the infrastructure plan Congress promised us. As I recall it is the President that signs bills into law but Congress must write those bills first. isn't that how it normally works?
