You should opt-out or give it to charity. You can't accept a socialist program and be against socialism at the same time.

No Frank, it has been showed that the money confiscated from one's paycheck during his entire working life turns out to have been a terrible investment... It never was a socialist program, it was a confiscatory program with a carrot promised at the end should one live so long.

Actually, it was not a promise of returning your contributions. When Social Security was first instituted, it was designed for the person working to contribute money to the person who was retired. This was a social net that kept the elderly out of poverty.
To this day, those working pay for those that are retired.

If I kept my SS money and invested it myself, I’d be a millionaire from it alone. Socialism is leftie evil.

His tweet was not r****t, you dems are doing a great disservice to minorities in this country by calling every thing you dislike r****t.

How many hard-core, or to a lesser degree r****ts, Democrat or Republican are proud; are proud and willing to admit to being r****ts?
It is a distasteful admission for most.

Get you head out of the dirt.
Who the tweets were directed at is not in dispute. Trump doesn’t deny it—he defends it.
Support what Trump said or not, but don’t twist it into a joke.
That destroys your credibility. Speak up and tell the t***h or shut up and go to bed.[/quote

I am telling the t***h, please show me where it singled out these 4 women and I will admit to my mistake. As far as my credibility goes, I really don't give a sh*t what you think of it, and didn't realize I had to get your approval for my opinion nor posts.
Are you yet able to admit the intended recipients of Trumps’ s tweets?
The rest of the world knows that these four women were singled out.
Or do you chose to continue to play dumb?

They were singled out because of their political policy positions and because of their previous public statements, it has nothing to do with the color of their skin, Trump did not group them together, they themselves did as they call themselves the "squad". Not every criticism of a person of color is r****t, you need to see past that and understand that you can criticize their positions without criticizing their race or ethnicity.

"The Center for Security Policy (CSP) is a far-right,[3][4] Washington, D.C.-based think tank. The organization's founder and current president is Frank Gaffney Jr..

The organization's mission statement is "To identify challenges and opportunities likely to affect American security",[5] where main activities are focused on exposing and researching what it believes to be jihadist threats to the United States; a number of these beliefs have been widely discredited, such as its false claims about American ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.

The CSP has been criticized by the Anti-Defamation League and the Southern Poverty Law Center, among a wide variety of other media and research organizations, for propagating conspiracy theories and Islamophobia, and described as a h**e group, a label the organization disputes. "

I have read Trumps tweet over and over, and wonder how Democratic Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y.), Ilhan Omar (Minn.), Rashida Tlaib (Mich.) and Ayanna Pressley (Mass.) all who say they were born in the U.S. believe it was directed at them. No where does the tweet mention names, and specifically says not born in the U.S., so how did they conclude that this tweet was directed at them, other than the media told them it was? Their conscience must be working overtime.

Another contributor tried to advance the argument that Trump’s tweet was not directed at the four Congresswomen. In my response, I am not concerned with why the tweets were directed at the four women, but rather that it is not a disputed fact that the duly elected Congresswomen were the targets.
It some want to play dumb about the intended targets, that is fine, but hokum.

Well said. R****m is not the issue.

You are correct that Trump hurts himself with undignified disgraceful outbursts such as this.

Donald Trump wants to create an America that runs directly counter to the "melting pot" principle on which the country has p***ed itself for generations.

This isn't an opinion. It is a statement of fact.

How else can we take Trump's Sunday morning tweets -- directed at freshman Democratic Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y.), Ilhan Omar (Minn.), Rashida Tlaib (Mich.) and Ayanna Pressley (Mass.) -- in which he told the quartet, in essence, to go back where they came from?

Wrote Trump:

"So interesting to see 'Progressive' Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run. Why don't they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came."

Let's start with some facts.

Of the four people Trump told to go home to their own country, 3 of the 4 were born in the United States.

The 4th -- Omar -- was born in Somalia, spent four years in a refugee camp in Kenya, arrived in the US at age 12 and is a naturalized US citizen, according to the New York Times.

So, telling them to go back to their "totally broken and crime infested placed from which they came" makes very, very little factual sense.

But Trump isn't terribly concerned with the facts here. It's the sentiment that matters to him.

And that sentiment is r****t.

Again, this is not an opinion.

This is a fact.

Trump is telling 4 non-white women that they aren't from here, their views aren't welcome here and they need to get out of here. Rather than staying here, they need to go back to the hellhole countries where they are from."

Donald Trump wants to create an America that runs ... (show quote)

As a r****t yourself I’m sure you saw this tweet as r****t & misogynist.....it wasn’t. It was a normal statement by Trump who scathed everyone equally.

To be specific.....just because a (fill in the blank.....woman, man, straight, gay, black, white, etc) person starts a fight, the person who responds is not doing so based on those parameters, so immediately defaulting to terms like r****t, misogynist, etc would indicate the user of those terms as being such.

Note that all people came from somewhere, so your premise as citizens doesn’t really jive. As I read it I did not see any comment about them not being citizens are anything about where they were born.

These four congresswomen, three specifically, have been amazingly vile in their comments and tweets yet the media and l*****t toadies like yourself never call them on it but you’re more then ready to condemn Trump with a view of every tweet as the most negative it can be taken.

Having said that, UNLIKE you and your f*****t progressive members of the moron class I am calling Trump on it and saying it was a dumb (but certainly not r****t) tweet for several reasons, not the least of which it added fodder to the moron class of l*****ts and the f**e media. It also allowed the Pelosi-squad fight to leave the “current events” cycle. It also was not p**********l as he was shooting low, which should be avoided in all walks of life.
