They started as a comedy team when they were both at Cambridge in the '80s. It's worth looking up the TV series Jeeves and Wooster that they did for 4 years on BBC, especially if you're a P. G. Wodehouse fan.

Yes, they were an outstanding combination. Stephen Frye is very clever. You've probably seen his TV "quiz" show. Very funny.

Yes jerry, A lady called 'Sandi Toksvig' took over QI from Stephen Fry in 2016, and has proved to be as popular as he was. She has a British mother a Danish father and spent most of her youth living in New York.

"QI", the title of the show, stands for "Quite interesting". On one show Sandi Toksvig claimed she has never farted. Now that's QI!
