A few of the pictures taken on the 4th
Looks like a really nice parade.
Granbury remains a jewel. I remember days with my dad and my three brothers and I went catfishing on the Brazos underneath that big old steel bridge east of town in the early 1950s long before they built the dam and made the lake.
Today on the south side of the of the courthouse just west of the Opera House is one of best restaurants
you will ever find.
We live about an hour west of Granbury, and every few weeks we treat ourselves to an evening over
there.
The leaders of the community are to be commended.
Thanks for the nice photos. They get my day off to a good start.

Ya gotta love Texans. No petty problems for them.
They just do it better in Texas.......nice event and great memories.
Very good series, Jim, especially the Corvette parade at the end.
once told a Texan that Texans seem to have an attitude... the response was, "Texas is an attitude."
