Back to my long range closeups.
Thanks to a sinus infection that settled in my ears I can barely hear and don't feel like doing much except sit in front of my computer, the TV or read. Very little photography or birds lately. I do fill the feeders and water dishes for them.
7DII, 100-400L mk2 @ 400, 1/320 @ f/6.3, ISO 200, center spot AF, Spot Meter
handheld at aprx 60' sunny day.

I now feel pretty good but still with the blocked ears and increased tinnitus. It has been several years since I last went through the whole routine for my allergies and ears so maybe they now have better antihistamines and can do something about my tinnitus.
