Human farts are flammable... I recall a UHH post showing a woman's fart flames while she was bathing and had a camera in the right hand and lighter in the left. Women are disgusting at times, no man in UHH would do such a crude thing. The hydrogen and methane burn blue.

There was perhaps a large celebration of Gringos not use to TEXMEX. Perhaps the host was long winded... the build-up of fart-gas went un-noticed then some fool lit a cigarette and the end result is shown in your photo.
