Smartphone Camera Prints

I have taken some memorable images with my Smartphone Camera. My question is; Why can I not get proper sized 8x10 prints made by Walgreens Photo service, all they offer is 8x8. Is this due to my Smartphone?

Probably because you haven't edited the photo to be cropped to the proper ratio. If you want an 8x10, you need to be in the 4x5 ratio. I am assuming that your photo is a square so only 8x8 is offered because your ratio is 1x1 (square)

If it's IPhone, you have option settings for normal pics, (3x4?), then square, Pano, slo mo, time lapse. Great selection, but I suspect yours is set on square??
