What's your photo "work"flow?

I started out shooting jpg because I didn't know any better. Eventually I learned how to do postprocessing and switched to raw only*.

Since you asked about workflow, here's mine:

*I use jpg to take shots of a featureless surface when looking for dust on my sensor. Also, my camera has one mode that is jpg only, raw is not available. I don't use that mode often but maybe a couple shots a year.
