Alesund is a port town on the West Coast of Norway at the entrance to the Geirangerfjord. Sometimes called The Most Beautiful Town in Norway, it is known for its art nouveau architectural style in which most of
the town was rebuilt after a devastating fire in 1904. There are panoramic views of Alesunds architecture, the harbor, surrounding archipelago and fjord from the lookout platform on top of mount Aksla.

Thank you Longshadow, always good to hear from you, very much appreciated
Nice! But too built up, too many tourists for my tastes.
Thanks for the tour. Going home with your groceries up those stairs could get old fast. vz

A very nice set. A little cluttered for me, too. But I like the images.
