Both cars seem okay but ... if they've been out a while check out repair issues on both. Beyond that ...
I would like to ask if you prefer to drive very fast or are a normal driver. If of the second category I would refrain from low profile tires as they are vastly more expensive. I bought a car with them and they had to be replaced at 35K miles. I usually get 105K out of my tires. They said that the tires were sticky type to give better breaking performance (in the specs) and certainly they do break well. I shopped for new tires with a 78K mile rating but they cost $750 dollars installed. Mind you, normal tires are about $400. I love my car but my next car won't be as low to the ground (so it's easier to get in and out of) and will have normal tires. Also normal tires give a softer ride. These low profile tires cushion nothing so your shocks do all the work. And in a shock goes bad you loose a tire and a shock as it tears up the tires.
Which do you prefer the look of. Specifically the front of the car; A or B?
These examples do have different power plants, ignore that, as far as I know they are available with the same engine drivetrain options.
Vehicle A seems to have the bigger spoiler (a completely useless artifact) while B has hood scoops (ditto). I guess it comes down to split versus single grille but to me, these are both style-clones of 90% of the vehicles out there. In fact, have you ever noticed how many "grey, 4-door sedans" there are? If you ever rob a bank, make sure your get-away car is a grey, 4-door sedan. When the police APB goes out, 50% of the cars on the road will be suspect.
They are the same car apart from a few cosmetic differences . . .
That's why I don't have a preference over one or the other. Or just about any modern car. They all more or less look alike. Probably why a lot of buyers and some manufacturers are getting away from sedans and concentrating more on SUVs and pick-up trucks.
No matter what the OP's "market research" says, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I like "A" and I also DON'T dislike "B". But who cares? Doesn't matter.
