Trying to decide between rain and no rain. Might have confused the image with to much weather. What do you see? Looking forward to some great responses.
Blue sky, puffy clouds ?? - a happy place ?....
The rain looks ridiculously artificial. No way for me!
No rain. Biased view here as i am not fond of artificial looking images.
I think the watermark/signature is also too aggressive, unless its a "for sale" image in an online webpage.
The “rain” looks fake, as it is.
Lose the rain effect but leave the rest as is.....might make a difference.

I like the one with rain best. Stormy weather often provides very interesting shots.
I like the dark rainy mood but agree that the rain itself is too much. Either no rain or a much reduced rain would be my choice.
I prefer the second image BUT the sky does not help at all.
#2 is awful. It is not rain by any stretch of the imagination.

It seems to me that A) the rain simply flattens out the shot and makes it distracting and monochrome. The shot is much more interesting without the fake weather and B) I'd crop out the left side of the shot up to about halfway through the bg umbrella. There's nothing interesting there. The real "meat" of your shot is the signage in the FG.
With a few exceptions the first one, the second is a snap shot. First IMHO get rid of the rain it is obviously phony. If you have any extra pixels on top, increase the amount of sky. The storm clouds are perfect. Leave the ground wet as if the storm has just passed. Overall I like it.
Depends on the mood you are satisfied with. I personally like the storm scene but the watermark is distracting. The photo with no rain is somewhat uninspiring in comparison for a sort of coastal-look.
