Pretty cool, Mike.

Considering the challenges you mentioned, you might want to write an article about them and their solutions and post it on UHH.

I'm curious, is this natural fluorescence or are you using something like a fluorescent dye?

This is done a totally dark room, with UV lights shining on the subject. When some flowers absorb the UV they re-emit a visible wavelength, which is what is seen in the image.
