The four images shown below are variations on the first image which was taken near Rockland Maine. The rock wall on the lower left serves as a walkway out to The Breakwater Lighthouse that is nearly a mile away. The second image is a monochrome version of that image and the remaining two are two different blends of the first two to achieve an almost monochrome effect.
My least favorite is the first one, but I'd be interested in other opinions.
As the camera captured it.
Monochrome Version
A bit of Color
A bit less color
I like them.
Yea, the color does not have the impact as the monochrome/mixed images.
Is the walkway dry at low tide?
I like the monochrome version.

Thanks for looking. The walkway is open and dry most of the time. It does get pretty windy out there and at night I'd want a flashlight to make sure I don't step into one of the cracks between the rocks, but otherwise it is a nice walk.
I like the fourth one, just enough color to grab the eye, and that great sky! Wonderful!
nice set of images and well done
I like the first one, with the color in the sky.

Looks like you had fun experimenting. I really like the subtlety in the last shot.
Like you, I like the first image least, but I like the 2nd image (B&W) the best.
I like a bit of color (#3), especially the definition in the clouds.

Neat! I like them all. If I had to pick just one it would be #3.
