I would crop tighter the sides in to just remove the stores' names and bottom up to shrink the dark parking surface at bottom. Tweak the whites of the lane stripes. Do a stronger sharpening over all. And caption the result, "Picasso working on Cassandra's sister".
I spent quite a bit of time observing, up close at times, the installation of Picasso's work on Daley Plaza in Chicago. There is similarity in the two.
