You may get more and better answers if you post it in the Post Processing section.

I took the liberty of downloading your wedding group photo, then I tweaked it in Adobe Camera Raw and in the full Photoshop. Mainly, I plumbed the verticals and adjusted coloration and foreground brightness.

In addition, I left sharpness alone, because it seemed adequate already. The setting of ISO 400 appears to have suppressed noise, too, so I left that effect alone.

Note that I'm fond of achieving skin tones that look more natural, to flatter the subject. I spent some time bringing skin tones closer to a natural appearance. But I went only so far in that direction in order to give you an example of what I mean. Please note that the rendering of skin tones remains partly subjective according to eye.

If you wish to know more in detail the steps that I took for the result you see below, then I can send you a personal reply. As well, let me suggest you consider attending a workshop or two in photo editing. This training could dramatically improve your photo-editing results.

I hope this helps.

BTW: I notice my posted version of your edited photo contains a bluish hue not present in Photoshop. It also looks slightly underexposed. Maybe I need to calibrate my computer monitor. Or maybe the Hog Web-site has introduced these changes.

BTW2: Your request for photo-editing help takes you to more sophisticated territory in photography. There you will encounter strong opinion along with personal taste sometimes presented as if universal in practice. I suggest you learn the ins-and-outs of photo-editing to suit your own view.

Good luck.

If you have the RAW data file, you can do a whole lot to improve the quality of this image. If you have only a JPEG image file, you may still make adjustments to the image with whatever post processing software you use, just not as extensive as with the RAW data.

Good starting point for later editing of your work. Ignore the pros and cons of which file format (RAW or JPEG) to use when shooting. Neither side has the final answer in this matter. So follow your own bent. Good luck.

If you want people to have a go at editing the shot rather than just giving advice I suggest you post the raw files. In the right hands the results from the raw files will be better.

Myself and others. Today isn't the best day for me to edit, but others will be happy to post their efforts.

The noise doesn't become obvious until you zoom in on them. Does that mean that you're hoping for quite large prints?
