This " UNKNOWN OBJECT " Was In The Pacific N.W. Night Sky & It Was Only Present For a Very Very Short Period Of Time, I Belive It Too Be a "" NUTRON STAR "" , But Thats Just What Ive Come Up With My Investigation & Research !!!!!!!!

DAWGY! Looks like a weather balloon! I've seen them once in a while - they get high enough that the very end of sunset, about an hour or two afterwards they catch the last rays of twilight. IMHO

DAWGY! If not a weather balloon, perhaps a private people, gas inflated balloon. Some persons fly these things for many hours if they are trying for long distance competitions. Your only seeing it for a short time would account for the last light of twilight hitting it, or maybe it was pilotted to go down somewhere NW of where you were. I'd also want to know how big it was? How far away you were from it? How high it was, etc. I very seriously doubt that you'd see a neutron star without a large telescope!
