These are cropping up all over but I haven't seen the spider that is making them.

looks like a gypsy moth. Back in Michigan we were plauged with an outbreak of this. they can eventuually kill the tree.

I see little caterpillars in one of these, at least the ones in the trees, the ones close to the ground have some type of spider in them. The webbing keeps the praying mantids from getting to them.
