I have been using Mixbook very successfully for several years. They do good work and the software is not difficult to master. They do have 8-1/2 x 11 in both portrait and landscape. You can usually find discount coupons.

Has anyone had experience with a printer who accepts an MS Publisher file?

Blurb is great - to be fair on the main stream maybe the best quality / price point.

A lot's of "main stream" printer are actually not that good. The books are not durable, etc.

It all depends of the finality. I use a private printer for my clients - Kiss.com.
It is actually the Top-Notch quality in USA.

Very few will look kindly on a native MS Publisher file. If that is your software of necessity, I'd recommend generating a PDF from that Publisher file and then submitting the PDF.

Greetings!

We are going to produce a series of photo books to give as gifts to our clients. We are anticipating that these will include one of my images on the right-hand side of the book and an inspirational quote on the facing left-hand page.

Can you share your recommendations for printers or online services we could use to print these?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I use Blurb. Good color, good choices. I use LR to create the books and run them through Blurb. You don't supply a lot of information to go on. Photo books can become expensive and you don't state a budget. You can also create books on AmazonKDP, which is a cheaper alternative. There are many choices for books, just do an online search. Most of them turn out fine and are competitive. Vista Print now has the ability to create books although I have not used them, you might check that out as they are usually competitively priced.
