Question on ON 1 and Luminar Software

Mac users seem to be more satisfied with ON1 performance than us W10 PC users. ON1 just released a patch to address some of the issues with the 2019.5 release. At the same time, they raised the recommended system requirements for the PC GPU from 1gb of VRAM to 2gb. And they wonder why some users are frustrated.

I switched to ON1 and it is as fast as PS was on my desktop. It is slow on my laptop which doesn't have as good a graphics card.

Are you asking ON1 to do more? Bigger?
I kbow that when I use handbrake or gimp, there are "tipping" points that turn my system from "zoom" to "trudge".
