Could be rather odd, I am creating a new aspect/option for the second floor apartment and the alternative modeling studio below I call The Cedar Closet. You see the basic view down from the apartment directly below into the other studio. The rafters and joists you see are over 100 years old. By creating this penetration I will now be able to place a large soft box in the opening to allow top light to the Cedar Closet below. The structure of the building is amazing.

Those rafters and Joists are a treasure to be sure..Pg. 2
