That is amazing. Thanks for sharing. I was in Ireland a year ago ... saw some trained hawks do some amazing things ... but nothing as big as that eagle.

I have watched them fly through a wooded area and wonder how they could do it without a crash. Kind of like watching a buck with a big rack go through brush and never snag. Thanks for the post!

Bats can do the same thing (proportionately) in the dark! Their sonar range is on the order of 6 or 7 feet, so very quick adjustments are made. Nature is wondful...thanks for the clip.

The flying things that hunt in the forests can do amazing things to fit through narrow gaps. Another approach is to extend both wings and rotate their entire body 90 degrees.
