An American (OK, democrat, I suppose) and a Russian are discussing their country politics when the American touts the virtues of free speech in America, saying "I can stand at a podium in the middle of a park in Washington and call The American President an i***t, and at least half the people in the park will agree with me. Can you do that in your country?" The Russian says he can go even better than that, saying "I can stand at a podium in the middle of a park in Moscow and call The American President and i***t, and ALL the people in the park will agree with me!"
