Does your Industar 50 not focus to infinity? or does it focus beyond infinity? As well, what camera body are you using (or intending to use) it on? If you're using it on something other than a typical LTM (or potentially an M42) mount body --maybe a mirrorless body of some kind?-- then are you using the right adapter?
As I expect you already know, there are two types of I-50's: the collapsible version and the non-collapsible version. Which do you have?
