"Asked by ABC News Chief Anchor George Stephanopoulos in the Oval Office on Wednesday whether his campaign would accept such information from foreigners -- such as China or Russia -- or hand it over the FBI, Trump said, "I think maybe you do both."

"I think you might want to listen, there isn't anything wrong with listening," Trump continued. "If somebody called from a country, Norway, [and said] ‘we have information on your opponent' -- oh, I think I'd want to hear it."

President Trump made the remark during an exclusive interview with ABC News over the course of two days, wherein Stephanopoulos joined the president on a visit to Iowa and back to Washington for a day inside the White House."

"Former CIA Director John Brennan said it is "unnerving" to think President Trump would stop the intelligence community from preventing Russian or other foreign interference in the 2020 p**********l e******n.

Chris Matthews was interviewing Brennan about Trump intervening on behalf of North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un when Brennan switched the topic to ignoring interference that would be beneficiary.

"I'm concerned about the upcoming p**********l e******ns," Brennan said Tuesday.

"It's clear that the Russians interfered to help Mr. Trump in 2016. Is Mr. Trump turning a blind eye because he doesn't mind if the Russians involve themselves again to try to enhance his prospects for ree******n?""

They probably would do better by writing political fiction novels.

Unfortunately the presidents un-American actions and attitudes are not fiction.

It has nothing to do with free speech it has to do with the sovereignty of the United States.:

Mueller’s nearly 450-page report granularly describes this and related episodes, revealing how Putin explicitly encouraged his country’s wealthiest and most powerful businessmen to make contact with Trump’s t***sition team after the e******n.

The directives help explain the “flurry” of contact the oligarchs made with Trump’s associates in the weeks following the reality TV star’s unexpected victory, Mueller wrote.

Even though Mueller did not establish any conspiracy between Trump’s team and Russia, the special counsel’s report shows how important it was to Putin to establish a backchannel line of communication to Trump’s t***sition team — and how receptive Trump’s associates were to the overtures.

“As soon as news broke that Trump had been elected President, Russian government officials and prominent Russian businessmen began trying to make inroads into the new Administration,” Mueller’s team wrote in their final report.

Do you believe in national sovereignty?
Yes I’ve been following the media for the last two and one half years.
No charges or indictments.

LOL You liar, do you ever just stop the lying...ever? Trump didn't say that he is hoping for foreign help in the 2020 e******n. He did say he would listen to the info and inform the FBI if need be, he would do both listen and inform the FBI. Adam schiff was caught on audio ACTUALLY doing the same damn thing when he though he was talking to a Russian national about receiving incriminating info about Trump, did you say anything about that? Not to mention the Russian dossier the Hillary camp paid for from a foreign national with information about Trump.....HILLARY camp paid for foreign HELP you dolt.

Just remember it all happened under Barry O, Brennan, and Clappers' watch. They are the ones that deserve the blame. I kinda remember Obama saying that Russian involvement in our e******n processes wouldn't amount to a hill of beans.

Trump knows that he will lose in 2020 and he is desperate for any help he can get. He really doesn't care if that help comes from the most despicable people on earth. This is just more evidence that he cares only about Trump and not our country. He will lose because everything he has done has been solely to hang on to the base like eyesore and nothing to expand support to include the rest of the US. That is why his approval ratings are consistently around 40% and you can't win the presidency with 40% o the v**e.

The only problem is Trump never said he would prevent the intelligence community from preventing interference. So, lying is your attempt at being outraged? Epic Fail.
