Fun effects. Would you list the software and the filters for us?

I use Photoshop CC. I don't remember the filters I used exactly but it is a combination of several different ones in the filter gallery under the heading of filters at the top of the screen. I just keep applying filters and dodging and burning until I get what I am looking for. There is an artist on Instagram whose art pieces of cars I love and I try to get somewhere close to what she is doing with my cars. She goes by oddly_artistic. I love her bright colors and designs for her cars and I find her inspirational. I will never be able to duplicate her work with photography but I keep trying and keep coming up with interesting looking cars (at least I think they are interesting). I am also inspired by Leroy Neiman's art and I have attached an old pickup truck with lighting and colors in an attempt to have a Leroy Neiman look. Not there yet but I am trying.

Thanks! I think this is the artist?

Being inspired by other artists' styles or by a whole movement (e.g. Impressionism) is a very enjoyable pp activity

What fun! You might research the design principle "Unity with variety" for your colors. It seems to me in the first two the center of interest is too different from the background , and the third the eye is sent everywhichway by the equally intense colors.

Thanks. I'll take a look at that design philosophy. I'm always learning and looking to improve style and technique. You are right about there being no center of attention. I think I saw that as I was designing these images but couldn't quite figure out how to separate the elements to draw attention to one specific element and lead the eye away from the distraction.

Here's some basic information about Unity with Variety, mainly applied to color. Also, your photos processed according to that principle, since you gave me permission. There are many different ways of applying Unity with Variety to these photos. Part of the fun of post processing is trying out different things, which often lead to new insights and subjects.
