We went for a walk on the state bridal trail in Oxford CT when my sister spotted this chipmunk. It's a white variant not albino because its eyes are dark. That was the first time any of us have seem a white chipmunk. Just a couple of quick shots and he was gone.

Cool find! Rare opportunity, to say the least. Good for you.

Very nice shot. Somehow the lack of Chipmunk markings and color makes him less appealing to me. Without the recognizable markings he kind of resembles a white rat or mouse. I guess they don't have hairy tails but that wasn't my first thought. But since this is UHH the well done shot is more important than the appeal of the critter!

I agree regular chipmunks are cuter. I shared because it's far more unusual.

And I was glad to see it! The more I look, the cuter it gets!

Cool! Capture it anyway like you did because you saw something that most people don't get an opportunity to see.
