Still wondering if anyone bothered to find and listen to Joscho Stephan? His extraordinary talent may help some to understand the narrow difference between professional and street musicians.

He's good, but Vince Gill or Mark Knofler makes him sound like an advanced amateur. Also, I think he's playing one rift over and over with minor changes. That being said, I wish I could play like him!

He probably never had any formal lessons or knows any music theory.
