SkyKing, for you and I, without training, it would not be a pretty picture. For these athletes who are fit and train all the time, it is a challenge to compete and lower their overall time from previous competitions. I admire their dedication to being fit enough to compete in events like this.

As a rock climber, you've probably seen "Free Solo." If not, watch it. It's an amazing movie, but it may make you tired.

Yes Vicki I have seen Free Solo several times. I love that movie. I don’t get tired watching it but the movie does give me a different viewpoint of life and goals . It’s very intense for sure. I’m hard on movies but give it a 9 out of 10.
