Nice captures Bulldog. Lacrosse in my opinion is a tough sport to shoot. You have a little white ball you must follow, and if the uniforms have some kind of white in them your in trouble. You have the knack for sure.

Fabulous captures of epic dynamic motion...
Beautifully composed with requisite ball in frame...

This is certainly one case where frame rate rules...
In the first image you obtained surreal acuity at 1/5000 with your 300mm at f/5.6
And your D4s isn't even breathing hard at ISO 800...

Very wise to use Spot Meter on players in white attire against dark green turf...
Totally nail exposure...

Thank you so much for sharing these amazing captures...
I seriously need to get my D3 with 300mm f/2.8 out in action again...
This is just the inspiration necessary to shoulder that beast...

I miss the thrill of the action...
