Amazon seems to prefer dealing online, or via them calling you. They do not post a phone number anywhere I could find one. Go to Amazon.com, go to the 'Help' area, and either chat with them online, or request them to call you.

I’ve received help from Amazon a few times by giving Amazon my phone number and then receiving a call from customer service. Amazon has always called soon after I requested help and it’s always been from a person who spoke and understood English well.
