I am concerned for my grandchildren.

You post 'assumes facts not in evidence'. Obama 'could not unite' implies that he WANTED to or TRIED to. The actual evidence, that he continually insulted people of faith, especially those in the central 80% of the nation, that he chose to insult law enforcement routinely, that he chose to honor i*****l i*******ts over existing law, that he used the IRS and Attorneys General to quash opposition voices, that he blamed random YouTube content for the incompetence of his administration...... All of this is, at best, no attempt at unity.

He did, in devisive fashion, make constant reference to the 'oppression of' and 'abuses suffered by" either certain races or Muslims. He did, in d******e fashion, consistently insult those who would refuse to surrender individual gun rights and those that would suggest laws protecting the rights of only citizens to v**e.

What he did NOT do was give speeches in which he said things like, "As a biracial man, I've seen some of the best and some of the worst of two races. What I decided, though, is that the number of Americans who engage in h**eful and/or r****t activities is at an all-time low. (The trouble is that social media makes these minority voices seem to be far more prevalant than they actually are.) With just a little bit of coordinated effort in our communities we can put this toxic debate about race to bed and start to focus on the true enemies within that are imperiling our future. We need to address the malaise that is turning our youth to drugs, to gangs, to crime. We need to admit that white kids, black kids, asian kids, hispanic kids, and kids of all other races are being harmed by dangerous streets, dangerous schools, broken families, and an education system that is aspiring to an e******y of mediocrity. Lets turn our frustrations towards these problems instead of each other and let's make America better for everyone tomorrow."

Nope, never said a thing like that. Obama was never in pursuit of unity. He pursued 'change'.

Once while testifying as to why I, a sworn peace officer, broke the arm of a 17 year old girl who was about to hit me on the head from behind with a rock about eight inches around, her attorney called me a C—-Sucker in open court. I thought that was pretty rude. The judge said nothing.

My partner and I had been busy trying to arrest the girl’s 24 year old boyfriend at 5 AM before he ran into thick woods. When I looked toward his truck for the girl, who he had just beaten up, she was not still in the truck. I still had my baton cocked when I turned around and she was two feet behind me with the rock over head. The court hearing was to make her a ward of the court.

To answer your question I would say your word became a legal term.

WOW, how times have changed. I'm an old guy and I think in the 'old' days a judge would have done something about the language, but I could be wrong.
