I should add that you do not actually need Microsoft Excel ... any of the free office suite programs will work.

Your spreadsheet is accurate if you think you need to stick to 300ppi on every print. But the truth is, you don't.. On the larger size prints you will not be standing as close to them and won't need 300ppi. I think on that largest one you could go with 150-180ppi and be fine. I think you could even go less than that. According to my math if you did the largest print you list in your spreadsheet you'd need a 43 megapixel camera but I'm pretty sure I've heard of people printing that large a print with a 5D Mark IV at 35 megapixels. I would probably upsize my photo in Photoshop so that I'd have 180ppi and then print it.

3 green cells are adjustable ... other cells will update.
Example :
I want to have a big print of 8' x 12' to cover an entire wall.
Print size cells get input of 96 and 144. ( 8x12 & 12x12 )
My camera's image size is 4000 x 6000.
Print PPI cell is adjusted until I get "pixels needed" ... to equal or just under 4000 x 6000.
So with my camera I can get an 8'x 12' print, with print ppi setting of 41.
