The Precision that they have trained themselves to fly is unbelievable.. Sometimes less than 18" apart, It doesn't that long to use up that space at 400 MPH. I have pictures of them climbing out in line, and I cannot tell if there is a 6" variance in all six of them. Fantastic flying.. I think of the young men of WWII era, being 19 years old and given a P-51, full of ammo and gas and told to go out and raise hell.... Talk about a super HIGH. sorry for the ramblings.

If you don't mind me asking, what equipment did you use to take those excellent shots? Congratulations for your photos.

As an air show buff, I'm curious what equipment you used to capture these excellent images. Your timing is excellent, particularly with the flag shot. Great work.

I've seen almost all of the demo teams. The "Blues" are the best in my opinion. Not that I'm biased or anything,. Fly Navy

Wonderful photos! Hopefully by our next air show here in Santa Maria, I'll doing well enough with taking photos that I can get a few flying aircraft shots. Last time I tried, I was way too slow, even when I thought I had my camera aimed and ready, got lots of empty sky shots.LOL. May ask what fstop and shutter speeds you used most?
Thanks,
PhotoNat

I used Nikon D5600, 55-300 mm lens set on automatic and sports setting. My husband useda Canon EOS Rebel T3i with 55 - 250 lens, on sports setting.
