Some nice shots there, but I don’t really see what the ‘long exposure’ contributed except maybe smoother water in #2. How long?
You would get much better suggestions and advice if you clicked on ‘store original’ when uploading so we could see them more clearly.
I'll repost them. One was a 1 min shot. But I needed to in order to get enough light.
Overall, I like that you are going for mood, yet keep a good composition. Specifically:
#1 seems too color unbalanced to yellow. In whatever program you have, I suggest you move the yellow/blue slider around until you get the feeling of reality, or the exaggeration you want.
#2 and #3, you will want to straighten the horizon. They are pretty.
#4 looks "muddy," with both the tones and the color needing some playing around, to get the proper contrast. Also, it might be great if made into B/W, with just a light touch of contrast.

Thanks for the advice. In these pictures, I have attempted to adjust for some of the advice provided. Pictures 2 & 4 were not prolonged exposures.
And improve them you have!
