Your thoughts, please. If this Fuji camera is as good as it sounds, would you consider getting it?

At 10K I'll stick to my D500.

At 100MP does this mean we can shoot with normal lenses and just crop 10x to achieve telephotos? It will save a lot of weight to carry around.

For $10,000, I would not be interested at all. This camera is designed for money-earning photography pros.

Way beyond my means. And way beyond my needs and wants.

Get it down to the 4-5k range and I would consider it. Also depends on cost of lenses. I really don't care about 100MP but I'm sure the bokeh is amazing with the larger format. I may rent one just to see the difference.

Costs $10,000 without a lens. https://www.amazon.com/Fujifilm-GFX-100-Medium-Digital/dp/B07S1D4PSC?imprToken=dLuj8IFAuaDh6uz65cfpCA&slotNum=4&SubscriptionId=AKIAJHZHL2PTF4QQSIQA&tag=dpreview-bbx4-20&linkCode=xm2&camp=2025&creative=165953&creativeASIN=B07S1D4PSC

More than 100 megapixels and shoots 5fps. Buy it for me and I'll give you a hands on evaluation of this. Include a lens though. I know I can't afford one of those either.

Not at $10,000 plus the cost of a lens. You need GAS to buy one.

And For $2800 I can get a used 36MP back for my old hasselblad plus I have 3 lenses for it.

No ... cuz at 10X you'd be down to One MP.
Magnification "power" is a linear measure
.... same as "crop factor".

IOW the width is divided into ten segments
and also the height, thus 10x10 segments,
each of which contains 1/100th of the area
of the sensor.

Soooo .... you could darn well utilize a 2X
crop factor and still have 25MP [1/4 the
original sensor area]. Not a bad zoom
ratio for $10,000 ;-)

Not only would not buy it, would also
pray that my employer does not issue
me one to use.
