Well, finally! someone who gets it. Congratulations, Jiffster you have show advanced thinking, and probably years of experience. It seems today that most think, including many who call themselves photographers, that all that needs to be done is to get the latest stuff, point it is something remotely resembling the right direction, and push the button, and tiny asian people inside the magic box will get it done.

I'm thinking I could have made a fortune if I had invented some sort of computerized robot paintbrush to sell to artists to "make thier paintings cheaper and better."

Oh well. I wish you well on your quest. I think you have the makings of a great photographer.
