Can anybody help to make change the loons eye red. Also the water the body is blown out.

Why would you want to change the Loon’s eye? That is the natural color and characteristic of the adult. It is red so they can better see under water. The common loon has evolved over 70,000 years for a life on and in the water. Their legs are so far back on it’s body that it moves on land with great difficulty and build their nest very close (2’ to 3’) from the waters edge.
