No, you were the one who told the falsehood that Congress has oversight only over Congress. That means that there is no congressional oversight of P**********l appointments. There is not the oversight of impeachment of executive department.

There is a division of powers but each has “oversight” of the other. President has veto power, Congress can override. What it appears that you are trying to do is define “oversight” so narrowly that it meets you definition. Congress has had oversight and used it since George Washington. P**********l Appointments needing congressional oversight is 100% an oversight function. Your inability to agree does not negate over 200 years of political history.
