Thank you for your kind critique Sandra, it is appreciated. Shot this with a Nikon D7100 and a Nikkor 105mm 2.8 macro lens. Had not used my D7100 in quite some time so it needed some exercise.

The quality of the photograph is great; as far as composition, I would have to see the uncropped photo before saying anything.

The cropped area was very small Rob. Just a little off the top and even less off of the left side. I think it balanced the image more.
