Dear Hoggers,
Opinions pls. I love my Mindshift 26L. I can carry two camera bodies and 3 lenses including the 200-500 f5.6. I carry it during light trail walking typically attached to business trips. I’d love it more if it had wheels for rolling through airports as I never check it and it will fit into overheads on regional jets.
Can anyone recommend my dream rolling camera backpack based on experience carrying it in light trail setting. Almost all I have read about include reasonable wheels and telescoping handle. I’m more concerned about the carry aspect as for years I have been philosophically opposed to carrying a wheeled backpack, but I suppose age is taking its toll.

Look at Mindshift's parent company, ThinkTank.

Mindshift also has a 45L rolling back pack! There are a lot of other ones, Manfrotto, Think Tank, Tamrac, Pelican, etc., they all have rolling ones in their assortments!
While you are looking, check this one: Vanguard Alta Fly 58T Roller Bag
I like my think tank but it is heavy when you fill it with gear. It seems well built but cost around $360.

I have a Vanguard roller bag with two wheels, not a back pack.
I also have a Think Tank with four wheels.
If i want to use the bag during the day I will use the vanguard; because i can unzip the top to get to my camera quickly and put it back so I don't have to carry it.
If i just want to use the bag to transport my gear i would use the think tank. it's a little bit bigger and has 4 wheels to get around the airport. you have to unzip the whole in order to get your gear.
Amazon has a roller/backpack combo from Vivitar. Love mine and it’s lightweight. It’s the one with red interior.
A slight aside to the question being asked.
I used to fly regularly between West Africa and the UK. One Airline that I used banned all wheeled bags for overhead lockers. Claiming they damaged other peoples bags.
I guess it's worth double checking with the airlines you intend to use, regarding their policy.

The Vanguard 55 and 58 both are rollers and have backstraps.
